Pay your bill with BPAY

Paying your Arcline by RACV energy plan is simple with BPAY. You'll need:

• Our BPAY biller code: 376749
• Your unique BPAY reference number: Find this in the "How to pay" section at the bottom of the first page of each bill

Please send your bill's full amount with this billed code and reference number.

You can also make a secure payment online with a credit or debit card.

Please note that a surcharge may apply, depending on your bank and card type.

We encourage you to set up a direct debit when you join so you can continue to enjoy simple, affordable energy.

Why set up a direct debit?

• Direct debits don't have any additional fees
• Avoid 'bill shock' when you make monthly or fortnightly payments towards your energy account
• You don't need to worry about getting a late payment fee because you missed a payment
